Respected sir/madam
I have registered a new broad connection on 19thjuly and also paid amount 2828 rupees successfully later they said connection is not possible in our area so we cancelled the broadband connection but amount is not refunded back to my account .I have attached payment bill below so i request you to take an immediate action as soon as possible.
