I sent 1920 to my jio payment bank but this money is not in my jio payment bank but it is deducted from my account please refund my money, now the money is very important for me because it is corona period so refund my money now and immediately

Even me, I face like this problem in jio@citybank. I tried to credited to my jio pos lite through paytm and Google Pay by ₹1000 each, But my money was deducted in my bank account but not credited into e wallet. I lose ₹2000. Please help.
