Text of Complaint by Sudip Biswas:

My flight no SG 331 and PNR No E82KKS and PCC95G. I booked my first ticket (PNR NO PCC95G) on 06.04.2020 (travel date 09.05.2020) from Chennai to Durgapur and second ticket (PNR NO E82KKS) on 03.04.2020 (travel date 20.04.2020) from Chennai to Durgapuršå.

Then they started credit cell option where my ticket amount was stored and I booked another ticket which payment I made through credit cell option.

Then I mail spicejet so many times for refund my money but they didn’t give me any information .

It’s my humble request to you please take a step as soon as possible for refund the whole amount.
