Hello sir/mam,
On May 29 morning 11.39 AM I recharged my friend’s number using my Airtel Thanks app. I made payment for 399 Rupees pack (which is 56 days validity unlimited calling pack with 1.4 gb data). And I made the payment through Googlepay UPI in Airtel app. But after doing the payment I never got any receipt or confirmation message from you but balance was deducted from my bank account. I checked the last transactions for my mom’s number but could not find the recharge details. Please fix the issue as soon as possible and activate the pack. Below are the details of my Google pay transaction and number details.
