I contacted Money View Personal, and the amount was credited without my knowledge. I contacted Money View Customer Service, and the full amount was returned to me.
The application is now open, and an auto debit option is also available.
I have made numerous complaints to the Money View team by phone and email, but they have taken no action. The problem has been ongoing since 6th August .
Please terminate my loan and refund the 1823 that was deducted from my account.
