My problem is with Indian Polity Book, I had ordered a book on 15th which I received on 24th but that product was not original, it was photocopy then I requested for replacement, after that I got a new book again on 03rd but that The book was also photocopied then I applied for refund which was about to take the book to 4th but didn’t take it then date was given to 5th but the book was not picked up then 6th was told that the book will be picked up but not done
Calling on Flipkart helpline number, the call is repeatedly disconnected, no response to the call is given, the call is placed on hold
i request to you please resolve my problem
