Dear sir/Madam
I have booked my flight ticket through Travolook on 5th April for a traveling date on 3rd May and the fight was canceled by an airliner on 3rd may for operational reasons. I called travolook customer care number many times and they replying to me within 45 days it will be refunded to my account. But now 4 months got over till now not yet received my refund amount. Today I tried to call the customer care number it’s telling me that number is not valid. Please help me with this
