I have booked tickets of a flight (SpiceJet SG 789/Spicejet SG 393) from Travolook.in from Delhi to Goa on 19th Feb 2021 (One Stop at Mumbai). After booking, I got a prompt response of ticket confirmation from Travolook. in on my e-mail. After some time, I received their other mail that due to fare expiration my ticket is not able to book and the amount will be refunded (INR 3992.00). I have called customer care multiple times and only one time a male person accept my phone call. He told me that my amount is initiated and do not share any other details or connect to anyone on call. Its been over a year that the refund is not completed yet.
