After several reminders and previous emails my money is yet not been refunded to my account nor my dhani pay wallet this the last email after this I am going to legal action against your company as I have already waited for more than 13 days as you have said in the previous email saying that to kindly check with the bank I have done that too but still the amount is not back with transaction I’d T2112201334103259989085 dated 20 December 2021 and moreover the tickets was closed without any final decisions and settlement of the amount I am attaching the previous e-mails reply from dhani which was closed without solving the issue this isvery bad one person has to do all type of silly things to get his own money back which was failed due to some technical issues kindly revert back or take strict action at earliest I have checked with the bank also they said that no refund has been processed from your dhani end kindly resolve it is more than 15 day’s
