Dear executive as on dated 31st August I have bought one semi stitched lehega Choley dress ? for my ward after receiving the which has been returned by 06/09/21 due to quality issues. And same has been written in return note . Further after 6 working days 1st I have contacted with your CC Executive, she told me sir as of the product not it reflected in our portal you have wait till 18th September , then again I have completed with you CC Executive then again he told me sir while you did the exchange that time you have selected the wrong options for made the exchange instate of damage product you have selected the wrong options, for that he asked to send the mail to ofm@amazon.in
As per said details I have send mail to concern id after 4 days when I have not received any revert mail then again I have connected again with CC they told sir your mail id not registered with us once you registered with us then you send mail to ofm@amazon.in ,as per she said again I have did it then I have waiting 3 days but not responding from mentioned mail id again I have connected with CC then they are told sir you have send the wrong product ,I told your executive see and physically check the product from location rather to listen and helping me he continued argument with me
This kind of service I have received from Amazon being a Prime members since last one year
This is not the 1st time since last three shopping experience was horrible for me hope I will get back with positive note
