I faced a big problem… recently i purchased a suit from Biba brand from amazon.. and i received wrong product of biba brand.. the colour and design of the suit was different but the brand was same. I returned it successfully but refund has not initiated to my account. And amazon deny my refund and replacement .Sir please i want my refund as soon … please help me.. sir.. i m a genuine customer please help me out sir..
