I am Krishna Chaitanya from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (Previous stayed at Gannavaram, Andhra Pradesh)
→ I have purchased a Rs.499 (06 months) internet plan of Airtel Air fiber on 21st March 2025, and it is valid till 21st September 2025.
→ On 21st August 2025, I was shifted from Gannavaram to Gollapudi and raised the shifting request.
→ On 22nd August technician visited my new place and informed me that there is no provision for connection as the box is full.
→ Again I called customer care and informed them the same. Again they sent another technician on 23rd August 2025. And he also said the same thing that connection was not possible here.
→ So, I contacted customer care again and informed them that 2 to 3 technicians visited my new location and told them that connection was not possible here.
→ I told them to disconnect the connection and refund me the remaining one month amount that is Rs.499. They accepted my request and told me that they have raised a disconnection request and are going to process my refund request. Within 15 days the router will be collected from me within 20 days and the refund will be credited to my bank account.
As one month passed, I didn’t receive any refund amount so today (30th September 2025) I called customer care and asked about my refund status. They said there is no refund as your plan is in active state.
Kindly resolve my issue as I haven’t used that air fiber from 21st August 2025 and as promised me earlier that I will get the refund.
