In July, we placed an order for 4 sets of wall tiles, but to our dismay, only one set was delivered. Immediately, we initiated a refund request for the missing items. However, it has been over a month, and no concrete action has been taken to address our concern.
While we did receive a refund for one set, the remaining refunds are still pending. Flipkart cites its policy as the reason for withholding these refunds, leaving us frustrated and unsatisfied.
To compound our frustration, the customer care number we initially used to place our order has been deactivated, making it impossible to reach out for assistance. When we attempted to contact them through different numbers, we were repeatedly told to use the original number.
In a bid to resolve this issue, we even sent a legal notice, but unfortunately, we have received no response whatsoever.
We are left with no choice but to appeal to your sense of fairness and responsibility. This ordeal has been mentally taxing, and it is disheartening to see a reputable company like Flipkart treat its customers this way.
