I have taken connection with excitel and paid Rs. 2000/- security deposit. I have submitted the router device on 10 july 2022. I was told that after submitting device refund will be initiated after 30 days. It’s been more than 30 days since I have submitted and yet my refund has not been processed by excitel broadband service. And suddenly they said the device has been found broken and it’s customer fault. they (excitel company or their local service provider Shivam cable) are doing Fraud with the customer. I have submitted the device in a proper condition but they were saying it’s customer fault and we won’t refund your money.Sir Looking for your help to support.
