I had placed an order for a cake via the website of eatsure. The order was not confirmed but yet money was deducted. I tried contactng the team via call and they did take the call but midway the call when off and everytime I tried calling them it failed. I contacted them via chat too from the website but the support person was rude and not willing to help at all. Very disappointed. My money still has not been refunded.
