I ordered product name dymatize 100 dymatize whey protien on 02/10/2023. After ordered the product I tried to reach them to makes changes in the product by form ‘contact us’ at squatdeadlift.com. I tried many time to contact or reach them through the form ‘contact us’. Order no #19350. It is my prepaid order,each and every details I have in my email. I refused to recieve the delivery, cancelled the product via otp by delhivery services. This order is returned to the merchant on 11/10/2023. Trying to reach the merchant by their return/refund policy form ‘contact us’. Merchant is not trying to reach me, it seems he is fraud or fake

Kindly help me to resolve this issue and
Make complaint about it and help to reach the merchant.
