Dear team,
I have booked the ticket on 22/12/2021 , and got cancelled as per PNR could not get confirmed by airlines as per your customer services person communication.
called four times and all the time person told that my refund will be credit within 7 working days, THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING by such a good company that still i have not got the refund and one month have been passed away.
