I have booked my flight ticket via travolook and within a minute I have received a call stating that my ticket price has been raised and asked me extra 6000 to confirm the booking which is not acceptable because the original price in the airlines website itself lesser than what travolook projected to me. So, when I denied they cancelled my booking and promised me to refund the amount within 10 working days. However, after continuous follow ups via mail and phone call didn’t receive any money and apology as well. This is very unethical to treat their customers and I am facing real pain to get back my hard earned money.
