I have booked a flight ticket through https://www.travolook.in/ on 11 May 2022 at 12:20 PM against Ref No. REF077292862 from Lucknow to Patna and Rs 8660/- amount was paid by me. After the amount was deducted from account, I received a call & an email from the company that your reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason (i.e. due to fare expiration) at the company side & refund will be issued by the company & it will be reflected back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days. Even after, expiry of 15 working days, I did not receive the refund. Travolook company is now not replying to my emails & picking up my phone. Over the Google search & Youtube, I got to learn that this is a fraud company & has looted many customers money through this cheating in past also. Kindly, help me in receiving my refund & also take stick action this company for online cheating with customers.
