I have cancelled my flight and airline accepted the refund. But could not contact to goibgo customer care. call gets started and automatically disconnects when i choose refund related issue for taking to goibgo executive and it plays a music for existing flight related issue but never connects to an executive for complaining regarding this. The worst service from Goibgo. I have tried sending mails and even no reply. Airline are ready to refund my payment but this third party app is delaying and i have raised a support incident on july 11 2023 and yet it is not resolved.
