Hi Team,
My Airtel Xstream Fiber Connection with account number 20011405820 has been already disconnected and there were outstanding claim of 1904.02 due to me.
My request for refund has been acknowledged by Airtel service team and as requested i have already shared the Bank account details along with account statement in which i would like to receive the refund.
Today, team is informing me that my refund has been credited to the source account on 19th Oct.
Despite being sending many mails and even acknowledging of my mails, my refund has been credited to wrong account.
The source account is not my account that why I requested to refund my outstanding in my account.
Now, after all this i am getting reply for the airtel team is “ Sorry for inconvenience caused “
This is totally disheartening experience. I would like to get the refund in my account.
Pls look into the matter.
