I tried to book one flight ticket on 22/01/2022 from New Delhi to Guwahati through this fraud travel agency. At first, I received one email mentioning that Flight booking In-Progress with Booking Ref: REF515288811. But just a few seconds later I received one phone call and an email mentioning that Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration and the amount you have paid will be refunded within 48 hours. I waited for 48 hours to receive my money back but no refund was received. Then I called customer care to know about the status of the refund and then they told me that your refund is in progress and will be credited to your account within 7 to 10 working days. But it’s now 21 days but still waiting to get the refund. Every time I called customer care their common dialogue is to wait for 7 to 10 working days more, you will definitely receive the amount.
Now it’s time to take action against this kind of fraud travel agency.
