Travolook — Refund issue of my booking cancelled with travolook in REF474504591

I tried to book one flight ticket of my friend on 05 Jan 2022 from IMPHAL TO MUMBAI through this fraud travel agency at Frist I received one email mentioning that flight booking in progress with booking REF474504591 but just a few second later I received one phone call and an email mentioning that your booking is cancelled due to fare expiration and the amount you have paid will be refunded with in 48 hours. I wated for 48 hours to receive my money back but no refund was received. Then I called customer care to know about status of the refund and they told me that your refund is in progress and will be credited to your account with in 10 to 15 working days . But it’s to get the refund every time I called customer care their common dialogue is to wait for 7 to 10 working days more you will definitely receive the amount.
Now it’s time to take action against this time to take action against this kind of fraud travel agency.
Please help me sir returning my money .
