I have ordered the Jio fiber and I have canceled it on 6th of September before the completion of one month trial. According to the jio policy the refund amount must be credited back to the customer’s account within 7 to 14 days after the cancellation date. But its the 1st of October now and I have not received my refund amount yet. I have complained them at least 7 times but no result.
