I have ordered from Meesho and paid through internet banking, When i returned the product refund was initiated by them and provided me transaction ID which shows it is transferred to PAYTM but i dont have Paytm, I never used it for any transaction so i have not received my money back in my account. I have called custoomer care more than 15-20 times and everytime they ask to share my bank statement . Its now two months and i have not received my money back. I have also crosssed checked with bank but issue is transfer done by meesho into paytm which is inactive.
