I tried to transfer 3632 rs. from my credit card to my saving bank account on 12.50 pm on 1/4/2019. But due to some errors that amount was deducted from credit card but not deposited into the bank account. Still they are not attending customers call even after waiting 40 minutes on call. They had generated ticket, but it is showing “in progress” status all the time.
