I have enrolled for the Byjus Cat course. During my counselling
session from the Byjus side they promised me that if you wish to exit
the course within 14 days of the period the full amount will be
processed. After that within 14 days I raised a cancellation request.
Due to my work I wasn’t able to manage So I planned to quit.But after
3 weeks I got a call from the cancellation team. The person who spoke
with me is Mahalakshmi. Now she is saying full refund is not possible
and only the emi amount will be closed and the downpayment will not be
issued. This is totally depressing. The amount I paid was my 3months
savings. She is very rude most of the time. I’m totally depressed
now.Please Please Help Me In This.
