I have booked flight ticket on 8th April,2021 from Lucknow to Bangalore from Travolook.in. Though the ticket amount was Rs. 13486/-, but travook has charged me Rs. 17385/- i.e. almost Rs. 4000/- extra. On 26th of april, I have cancelled my ticket due to covid situation.and the refund amount for the cancellation is 7486/-. But till date I have not got my refund. I have called many times to the Travolook customer care. But everytime they will give me different dates. As per their terms and conditions, it will take 35 working days for the refund. But almost 9 months over but still they are not refunding my amount. I have also confirmes with Indigo airlines and they already confirmed that they have refund the said amount to travolook long back. Kindly help me get my refund back as soon as possible.
