We have booked 5 Airtickets trough Travolook.com for Mumbai from Amritsar. Just a day before of flight they cancelled our booking and told that they refund our amt in 20 days. After rigorous follow up with their customer care team we have still not received any amount.
I guess this is 100% fraud company and they are making money out of it. Their office are in Haryana and they are simply making all the customer fool. Somebody have to stopped this or else they will cheat everyone. I am attaching our ticket image and requesting action against them.
