Text of Complaint by Manoj v:

I have done hdfc credit card bill payment of rs10000 on 11th august 12:07pm, the transaction got failed and the amount shown as pending state, its been 8days and i have not seen solution, because of that i m under critical stage and i need to pay late payment charges and financial charges to hdfc bank ltd of rs5000. So please help me out to solve this problem.
