I ordered a jeans from Jio Mart on 6th Jan 2023, which was delivered to me on 11th Jan 2023, I didn’t liked the quality I simply returned it and I am writing this complaint on 25th Jan 2023. It’s clearly more than 7 days including all the holidays , Saturday’s and sundays. There employees don’t respond clearly and it shows what kind of scam they are doing. Even if you are on the chat and trying to communicate with their employees they will act like you are not available on the chat page just to avoid conversation. This is a part of scam. Their customer service is the most pathetic. They are not still providing my refund for my product. No other should buy from Jio Mart unless and untill you don’t want to get your money back. Not the service expected by reliance company.
