Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to raise a complaint against Go Mechanic for the poor service that I received. I had given my car for service at their workshop on 15th March 2023, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service that I received. The service that I received was not up to the mark, and I had to face several issues with my car after the service was completed. The mechanics did not fix the issues that I had mentioned, and they also caused additional damage to my car. I had to spend a significant amount of money to get my car repaired again, which was a huge inconvenience for me. I had contacted Go Mechanic to request a refund, but they have not responded to my request. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and their lack of response to my complaint. I would like to file a complaint against Go Mechanic in the consumer forum and request that they take appropriate action against them. I have attached all the relevant documents, including the invoice and the receipts for the repairs that I had to get done after their service. I request you to take this matter seriously and take appropriate action against Go Mechanic. I hope that you will be able to resolve this issue and provide me with the necessary compensation for the damages caused. Thank you for your time and consideration.
