Hi have ordered an OBD 2.0 from go mechanic app since the device is not working they made a repalcement but it too not working the service buddy of the go mechanic that there is a issue in obd so i told him to cancel on feb13th 2023 they sent me a message in watsapp the your refund will be credited within 3-5 workings days many times i call they they say that their service exexutive will call back till now from the date of cancellation nobody called me and not i din’t get any response

Same is happening with me.. the obd is not working even after replacement.. I’ve raised a complaint, they said the money will be refunded.
Same here, but they are not refunding. Daily making excuses.
