I ordered a Mobile Realme XT on 18 April 2020 on Flipkart by six month EMI basis I paid the price with SBI yono app but due to some reason I cancelled my order on 09 May 2020 and Flipkart sended me message on 25 May 2020 that your money is refunded in your debit card
but till date I don’t get any amount in my account I talked to customer care person from Flipkart they told me we have refunded your money and please talk to your bank and i also talk to my bank but they told no money is credited and I didn’t get any single money I again talk to Flipkart then they provide me a email and said to attach the bank statement of your account I attached reply them back and they messaged me that we will resolve your issue by 25 May 2020 but again nothing happens . please help me regarding this issue.
