Sir,I am Subhasish Dey son of Miss Nanda Dey From whose SBI account I ordered an Phone From Flipkart On 16th October 2020 Order Id:OD119968487521082000 and the next Day canceled it for Family reasons.On 17th of October Flipkart Said Refund has been processed from Their End and gave me A Refund Id:CR20101710380321008700107 and Provided me with a date 20th October 2020 within which i was suppose to get the refund.But my bank statement didn’t show any refund.So i contacted flipkart again then They told me to Contact my SBI bank for this issue.So i did And my bank Told me that they Can’t help me on this as Flipkart has Different bank Bank partner or something and They won’t stop my money from being credited to my account if Flipkart refunded.Now i again Contacted flipkart and said what my bank said to me.Now they ask me my bank statement so Provided them with one they gave another date 24th October 2020 so i waited but nothing again.They send me Sms And said Due to Some Unforseen delay refund now will be Credited in 25th and again Its the same story sir.NoThing.Its 26th of October 2020 Today and i am fed up talking to Flipkart agents Who just say one thing refund has processed from their end or gave me another date..Sir As you can see my bank Says Money didn’t came if money had come or will came they will credit it within any minute and according to flipkart and their Refund Id(Which is not valid in Bank) they already paid.Now sir what should i do..Its hard earned money and the money belongs to my mother..The total Amount Is 15248.In today circumstances its a huge amount for us lower middle class family.Please Sir/Madam help us out.
