Hi Team,
I have purchased Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G with phone exchange from Amazon India, but phone was not working as expected so I called helpdesk and they confirmed by chat – I would like to inform you that you have paid Rs. 18597.10/- from your card and as you have exchanged your old phone for Rs. 8501.90/- it should be credited to you as Amazon Pay Balance and again, I called helpdesk and they also confirmed the same amount on phone BUT I Actual received amount = 18497.10 + 3100/- = 21597/-.
Before returning my phone, I confirmed three times and after the confirmation I had return my phone and Now Customer care is saying Sorry for that. Who is responsible for my loss? Please help me.
