I had an old broadband connection in Bihar circle (065710139615_dsl) from Airtel, I shifted to Karnataka in the month of Feb. hence did not recharge after the 3 months validity was over on 6th Feb. On 14th Feb. I called Airtel CC and asked them to shift my connection to Bangalore, they mentioned that shifting request cannot be taken as account is inactive hence I need to recharge. So I recharged on my old dsl number for Rs 1126, 1 month validity. Now on 17th of Feb., the connection was transferred but I was given a new DSL ID in Karnataka circle (08010814774_dsl). Next month in the month of March I again have to recharge as 1 month validity was over, so I took 3 months plan but the validity was not increased to 3 months when I asked the same to Customer care, they mentioned that I have a pending amt., that means that the 1 month recharge which I did for my Bihar broadband connection was not reflecting in my new account. So in that case, airtel needs to refund me Rs 1126 and they mentioned that they have sent me a cheque which was delivered in March month at my native address but I didn’t receive any cheque nor my parents. They asked me for 3 months bank statement but I denied due to account privacy and gave them complete April month bank statement so that they can check and re initiate the NEFT refund but now they are not responding.
