I have done online recharge on my j&k airtel no 8899752908 of amount 499 by SBI Anywhere app on17 Jun 19.The transaction was successful and transaction ID was UH76178504 .But I neither got recharge nor refund.I have raised complaint on SBI and their resolution was the transaction was successful and the money is with the merchant (airtel).Till the date I didn’t receive any refund.
