Hi Team,

This is to bring to your notice that I am facing issues on returning a product.

I received my order of Marq OTG (Order ID – OD125795340949201000) on Aug 23.

I have ordered it for another person so I was not able to validate it soon.

When I was able to check its working condition I found that it was defective, we tried test with toasting option even though it was running for longer time period, the bread slice did not get toasted or heated.

We also tried with other options but no use

Then I tried to return the product for refund on Aug 26, I was able to choose refund option but at the end I received an error. So I raised an issue on the same day.

The agent informed that he was also facing issue while raising refund request hence the technical team will reach out to me for providing a solution by Aug 29.

But no one reached out to me till Aug 30, the technical person informed that he would raise a refund request(not a replacement) based on my issue but resolved the issue without raising any refund request for me.

Since I required the product for emergency, I bought another new one which is working properly.

Though they are stating that they tired to reach out me, I have not received any call from the technical team after that.

Once again I reopened the ticket and requested a call pack.

If I query about the delay in their the process. They are disconnecting the call.

Is this how you treat your customers?

I kept on contacting the customer care agent but all gave the same update that they would check with the technical person.

Today a person called an stating that this is only for replacement but not for refund. If so why was I able to choose option for refund, why did not the previous agent state that refund is not possible and said that they are raising a refund request.

If the amount is lesser, It would be fine. I am also working hard to earn this amount.

I need a refund for this product.

Please check and do the needful.

P.S . Kindly inform your customer care agents to treat customers in a proper way. How could they cut a call when the customer is requesting something? I faced this more than twice.
