I have placed a order on Amazon on 7th Nov & the tracking ID is :1337614502346, order was suppose to be delivered on 1 st Dec for which payment was made through Credit card on EMI option. But item is not delivered at all till now & the amount 28000/- also not refunded to my account. Still i am not getting proper response from customer care department. Please help me out of this.
