Dear sir/madam,
I was booked flight ticket from vishakapatnam to Bangalore on 16/03/2021,it was cancelled due to fare expiration .One of Travolook representative called me and he has told that the amount will be refunded with in 15 working days excluding Saturday, Sunday’s and public holidays. Though it has completed more than ten months still the amount was not refunded till . I have been calling so many times to customer support they are telling that amount will be credited with in 3 to 5 working days .No body has responding properly and I had mailed so many times to their mail id but no solution.so kindly help in the matter to resolve earliest
