Paytm – Payment refund issue

I have done a payment of rs 8960 (for which a service charge of rs 206.17 was levied) through Paytm to AirForce school barrackpore on 5th of January’ 2023 and the payment got failed and as usual Paytm had given me a msg to my registered mobile number stating that the deducted amount of rs.(8960+206.17)=9166.17 from axis cc account will be credited back within 7working days to that account but no refund was received after continuasly reporting it they are not responding at all now I have no idea what to do.Plz help me and reply as soon as possible
