I had a ride from Kolkata to Berhampore on 4th July 2022. Ola charged me higher than odometer reading. After several emails and tweets, Ola Customer Support Team mailed me on 14th July 2022 that I shall get refund of Rs. 3038.00 for which they need my bank account details. On the same day I have mailed my bank account details. They assured me on 14th July that I shall get the refund within 10 working days. But after that, no refund came even after 1 month. I have tweeted and mailed several times, already spoken with their customer support team and every time thay assured me that within 48 hours I shall get my refund. But no refund comes till date.
