Dear Sir/Mam,
I booked ticket to and fro for Coimbatore from Hyderabad on July 17th 2021. I transferred amount of Rs. 5013. Amount was deducted ticket not confirmed travolook website team assured that money will be refunded in 5-7working days but money is not refunded yet. Now they are responding to my call. Seems to be fraudulent many people like me has be cheated. Kindly request you to take necessary action against them. If possible Refund of my money will be happier. Atleast it should be stopped further to cheat other innocent people. Request you to take punishment against them.
