I ordered a Skechers women shoes from ajio but instead I received an unknown brand mens shoes. I opened the product in front of the delivery boy and tried to give him back but he refused to saying it won’t be a problem if I request a return. I gave him the money as I trusted Ajio and now they a claiming it’s not ajio product and will be returned back to me. Then why did they send me a non-ajio product. I’m extremely disappointed.
Please help me get back my money from such shameless fraudulent company and useless customer cares. Amount is ₹1950
