Dear Sir/ Madam
I booked a ticket on 12 december 2019 from Gorakhpur to Gowahati. I got a mail by your side that your ticket has been cancelled due to fare increase and your amount will refund within 7 working days. I call 50 and more time to your tollfree number and they gave me wating time again and again. Today is 30 june I does not found my half refund amount(Rs.4008) till date.
