Order total- Rs. 33,319.00
Product- GoPro HERO9 Black Waterproof Action Camera with Touch Screen 5K Ultra HD Video 20MP Photos 1080p Live Streaming Stabilization, Dual Screen, HyperSmooth 3.0 and Time Warp 3.0
Payment- Visa credit card.
I had placed a oder on 26th May and paid by my HDFC Credit card. I was suppose to received the product on 31 st May. But till date I didn’t receive the product and I’m not getting my money back from Amazon. I complaint to customer care for my refund but everytime they said we are trying to contact the seller they will refund you within two working days. it’s already 20 days passed. now I’m getting charged from my bank. Why I’ll pay the bill where I didn’t receive anything. I am now completely hopeless from Amazon India. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money.
