       Below is the conversion between paytm customer care and me regarding a refund issue, still I am waiting the issue to be resolved.

Dear Customer,

We have received a refund for your flight booking ID 10121878508 from the airline. However, refund to your original source of payment has failed.

Due to the current situation, we are processing refunds in large volumes and doing so in batches. Your refund will be reprocessed no later than 31st May’2021

Here’s what you can expect:

1)We will send you an SMS to your registered Paytm mobile number with a link to receive your refund into an account of your choice.

2) Simply click on the link sent to you via SMS (link will expire in 10 days),

3)Verify your mobile number through OTP, choose between Wallet, UPI & bank transfer and instantly receive the refund into the specified account. We will proactively inform you via the app’s chat when the SMS is sent to you.

Please note that if you choose to receive the refund via bank transfer, credit into your account may take time depending on your bank’s processes & timelines.

Important Note: Members of our teams are impacted by the current pandemic due to which you may expect a delay in resolution. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these trying times.
