I took the Airtel Xtream fiber plan. Due to a connection issue in the locality, Airtel unable to provide service. I asked them to cancel my plan and refund me. Its been over 2 weeks, the refund has not been done yet. Airtel customer executives are not picking up the call. Airtel customer care is giving wrong information of account closed.
