Hi,
We are 6 cousins who booked 2 tickets each pair(3 couples) and due to covid 19 all tickets are cancelled and from 1year v are back with Flipkart travels and airlines team for our refund and all my remaining cousins got there money long back and only v r left with our refund.on making repeated calls to customer services and tons of emails to [email protected], we got our one refund and still left with the 2nd refund.
Now it’s a different story we get to hear from these agents of Flipkart, whenever we call/email them about our refund they says backend team will call you and confirm you the details within 24-48 hours. It’s being 8-9months we are waiting for this refund but these people are less bothered to listen anything we say over the phone they only says please wait till 24-48 hours ( irregardless of what we say they use same scripted lines).
We are really pissedoff with this issue and Flipkart travels this is the 1st and lasttime we gona use Flipkart and we suggest everyone not to use Flipkart travels anymore.
